Privacy & contact data
A minimal-information pathway.
This notice explains the handling for Ask Anthony emails and conversation-review requests.
What you may send
You may voluntarily send your preferred name, the email address associated with your email account, a focused topic or brief question, and whether you prefer a written answer or would like CRi ALOUD to review a request for a biblical guidance conversation. When you arrive from an approved Guided Study, its Article ID may be prefilled in the email subject.
How the link works
The Site prefills only the email subject. It does not put your question, narrative, consent, sensitive information, or other personal details in the email link or Site URL.
Why the information is used
The information you choose to email is used only to respond to your question, recommend an approved Guided Study or resource, review a request for a biblical guidance conversation, and conduct limited follow-up connected to that request.
What not to send
Email is not inherently confidential or secure. Please do not send passwords, credentials, identification numbers, financial information, medical or mental-health records, legal evidence, detailed confession or repentance records, family dossiers, names of alleged wrongdoers, uploads, or unnecessary sensitive information about you or other people.
Ministry and safety boundary
CRi ALOUD provides Scripture-centered education, prayer, reflection, testimony, discipleship, and resource-routing support. This pathway is not medical, mental-health, legal, emergency, investigative, or diagnostic intake. If you or another person may be in immediate danger or facing an urgent crisis, contact the appropriate emergency, crisis, or qualified professional service in your location.
Access, storage, and duplication
Messages are received in the monitored CRi ALOUD Gmail account and access is limited to approved CRi people and approved workflows. Participant information should not be duplicated across multiple systems unnecessarily. The minimal operational tracker excludes the visitor’s full narrative.
Approved retention
After a request is CLOSED or REFERRED, the full Gmail message is scheduled for deletion after approximately 30 days. The minimal operational tracker record is retained for 12 months, then deleted or anonymized unless a specific continuing operational need is documented.
Marketing permission
Sending an Ask Anthony email is not marketing consent. If newsletter or ministry-update permission is added later, it must be separate, optional, and not a condition of receiving a response or resource guidance.
